3 more bite the dust

Woohoo! 3 more lbs bite the dust. ONLY 93 more to go! (lol) It's slow going but they'll come off. I've heard the slower they are to come off (1-2 lbs/week)the better it is in the long run. So, I'll take it. Anything new?

Well, I read YOU:on a diet by Dr. Mehmet Oz and Dr. Michael Roizen. It was a good book, covering a lot of what he talks about on his talkshow. He has a two week plan-which I'm not going to follow, but I am going to do the exercises he has. He said the most important exercise to do is a 30 minute walk every day, even if it's just around a table over and over. That I can do. I am also 3x a week going to pop in my Sweating to the Oldies DVD that is sitting, still wrapped collecting dust for about a year, into the DVD player. "A" will do it with me. He saw Richard Simmons on a show recently and was doing one of the dances. "A" follows them. Let the music and the pedometer begin!
